Despre Disciplina
The discipline was founded at the same time with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca, in 1962, with teaching staff from UMF Cluj-Napoca: Associate prof. Ovidiu ONEA, Assistant Mircea Gh. GABOREANU and Preparatory Stela ROŞCA. They were all human physicians and were part of a group of specialists trained in a long-standing Histology laboratory, with the participation of exceptional histologists such as Prof. dr. Ion DRĂGOIU or Prof. dr. Cornel CRISAN. Over time, the coordinators of the discipline were: Associate prof. Ovidiu ONEA (1962-1968), Lecturer Mircea GABOREANU (1968-1994), Professor dr. Claudiu LISOVSCHI (1994-2004), Professor dr. Viorel MICLĂUŞ ( 2004 – 2018) and Professor dr. Adrian Florin GAL (from 2018).
